Laramie Youth Baseball Mission
The mission of Laramie Youth Baseball is to provide opportunities for youth in Laramie and Albany County to learn and play the game of baseball. Our mission is accomplished through education delivered by volunteer managers, coaches, umpires, and parents sharing their time and knowledge about the game. The league's association with Little League ensures age-appropriate guidelines for all age divisions which serve youth between the ages of 4 and 15. Additionally, the Challenger Division provides participation opportunities for youth who are mentally or physically disabled. It is our hope that all youth in the program enjoy baseball for years to come.
Laramie Youth Baseball is a 501(c)3 organization registered with the IRS 27-3753360 (Little League Baseball Inc.) and a chartered league with Little League International.

Laramie Youth Baseball is chartered through Little League International and open to male and female players in all divisions. Scholarships are limited. Families are encouraged to apply for T-Mobile Little League's Call Up Grant Program.
LEAGUE AGE
A player's League Age for 2026 determines the division he/she will play in for the season.
Any player who wishes to play in a division other than the one determined by their league age must email LYB for approval no later than.
PRACTICES & GAMES
Practices and games are held during the week Monday through Friday. No mandatory activities or events are held on the weekend.

TEE BALL | 4-6 years old
Fee: $65
Season Dates: May 11 - June 19
Registration Closes: April 21st
Early bird discount: 1/19-4/13 $15
Late registration fee: $15 (4/21-4/27 only available based on space)
PITCHING MACHINE | 7-8 years old
Fee: $115
Season Dates: April 27 - June 19
Registration Closes: April 13th
Early bird discount: 1/19-4/1 $15
Late registration fee: $15 (4/13-4/19 only available based on space)
MINORS | 9-11 years old
Fee: $150
Season Dates: April 13 - June 26
Registration Closes: March 16th
Early bird discount: 1/19-3/2 $25
Late registration fee: $25 (3/16-3/21 only available based on space)
Players in our Minors and Majors divisions will all need to attend the assessment evaluation on 3/22 and/or 3/23. Players league age 9 and or 1st year in a player pitch division are generally not eligible for the majors division without board approval. MAJORS | 10-12 years old

Late registration fee: $25 (3/16-3/21 only available based on space)
All players in our Minors and Majors divisions--league age 9-12--will need to attend the assessment evaluation on 3/22 and/or 3/23. Players league age 12 are automatically assigned to the majors division are generally not eligible for the minors division without board approval.
General eligibility for Majors division requires a player to be league age 10 and/or having completed one year of Minors (player pitch).

The Juniors division may include games scheduled with other Leagues in the region.
Players in the Juniors division will need to attend the player assessment evaluation on 3/22 and/or 3/23
